MACPHEE AND MCCULLUM FIRST ROUND PICKS IN MARITIME HOCKEY LEAGUE DRAFT
Braeden MacPhee was chosen second overall in the 2020 Maritime Hockey League draft held recently. The Moncton Rallye Motors Nissan Flyers' forward was taken by the Miramichi Rivermen.  The Rivermen also made defenseman Jett McCullum a first-rounder, taking him eighth overall.

Pictou County nabbed Alex Ferguson in the 5th round, 54th overall while Amherst selected Matteo Mann 56th overall.

Amherst chose Coen Strang in the 8th round, 92nd overall while Grand Falls selected Patrice LeBlanc, an affiliate player from the Flyers this year in the 10th round.
